One website or app won’t load

Use this when most of the internet works but one service does not.

1. Confirm another website loads. If nothing works, use the Connected, but no internet guide instead.
2. Refresh the affected page or fully close and reopen that app. A signed-in service may remember your earlier location.
3. Try another online VPN location, if available. Some services restrict VPN addresses or decide location using your account, cookies, or device location.
4. If you choose to disconnect to use that service, reconnect to the VPN afterwards.
