Refund policy

Cancel or request a refund

Open Your account and choose Manage subscription to cancel. You won’t be charged again, and you can keep using the VPN until your paid period ends.

For a full refund, choose Request a 14-day refund within 14 days of your first-ever payment to Elsewhere VPN. A refund cancels your subscription and ends VPN access.

This voluntary offer is available once per customer, for life. Monthly renewals aren’t covered. Canceling, deleting your account, or signing up again with the same email does not restart the window or give you another offer.

Canceling or deleting your account does not automatically request a refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take several days to show the money.

Payment and refund details

Your legal refund rights and Stripe’s refund rules still apply.

We keep limited payment and refund IDs, dates, and status for up to 30 days after a refund request to handle retries safely. These records do not include your password or card details.

To enforce the once-per-lifetime offer, we retain a protected fingerprint of your email, the first payment date and payment ID, and whether the offer has been used, including after account deletion. This limited record is kept for as long as we operate the lifetime offer, subject to applicable privacy rights and periodic retention review. It does not contain your readable email, password, or card details and is not used for marketing. Contact our Support center for privacy or eligibility questions.

Stripe may retain invoices and transaction records under its own legal obligations and retention policies.
