You’re in control. Deletion is permanent.
- Your subscription stops renewing and VPN access ends.
- Your login, password, registered devices, and saved payment methods are removed.
- You can sign up again with the same email as a new account.
Data retention details
Stripe may retain invoices and transaction records required by law. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
A limited deletion-status record is kept for up to 30 days. Your old account ID is temporarily blocked from registering devices. If you separately opt in to news and offers, only your email and consent record are kept for that purpose for up to 12 months. Otherwise your account email is removed. A limited refund-processing record containing payment and refund IDs, dates, and status may be kept for up to 30 days after a request to handle retries safely. These records cannot restore your account and are not used for marketing. To enforce the once-per-lifetime offer, we retain a protected fingerprint of your email, the first payment date and payment ID, and whether the offer has been used, including after account deletion. This limited record is kept for as long as we operate the lifetime offer, subject to applicable privacy rights and periodic retention review. It does not contain your readable email, password, or card details and is not used for marketing. Contact our Support center for privacy or eligibility questions. See our refund and retention policy. Service providers may retain security logs and backups under their retention policies; these are not used to restore your account or for marketing.
